Facebook Data Deletion Instructions

Effective August 3, 2026

If you used Facebook to sign in to TerraForeman, you can ask us to remove the Facebook identity data linked to your TerraForeman account. TerraForeman uses your Facebook account identifier, name, and email address for sign-in and account matching. We do not receive or store your Facebook password.

Request deletion

1. Email info@terraforeman.com from the email address used for your TerraForeman account.
2. Use the subject line Facebook data deletion request.
3. Include your name and business name so we can locate the correct account.

We will verify the request, remove the Facebook identifier and related Facebook sign-in information from the account, and confirm completion by email. We aim to complete verified requests within 30 days.

Remove TerraForeman in Facebook

You may also remove TerraForeman from Facebook under Settings & privacy → Settings → Apps and websites. Removing the app in Facebook stops future Facebook sign-in access. To ensure the matching information is also removed from TerraForeman, send the deletion request described above.

Your TerraForeman account

Removing Facebook sign-in data does not automatically cancel a paid subscription or delete business records that were not obtained from Facebook. Tell us in the same request if you also want the TerraForeman account closed. Some billing, security, or legal records may be retained where required.
